A wideband o2 should also be on your list.

you'll need

30%-40% bigger fuel pump (255's have proven sufficent for up to a 50 trim)
30%-40% bigger injectors
some type of fuel controler (SAFC, DSMLINK, EMS, ect.)
wideband o2 sensor.
