I'd just say if all the injectors are the same price, just get the largest ones that you can reasonably control with the tuning tools you have. But 880's should be plenty fine for a T3. As for the Neo, I have no experience with those. But if you have an EPROM, most shops here could burn you a new chip to get you close, and then fine tune it with whatever else you have.
