Do some stretching excersices and crawl under the dash (on your back). Look to the top and you will see a rod that threads into the top of the pedal asembly. Take a 12mm wrench (I believe) and loosen the jam nut. Take a pliers or vice grip and turn the rod until it is almost all the way out of the pedal. Tighten the jam nut and test the car.

Are you sure you are not on any hill? Also you can try bleeding the clutch. Vfaq shows the clutch pedal adjustment along with teamrip.com. Have fun.
