E85?

Not unless your stock ones are too small to support your HP. The stock lines will max at a much lower HP level on E85 then they would on race gas.

That is completely dependant on your setup. Someone with a SC61 is going to have entirely different requirements then someone on a T28.

To reinforce what Chris said, all you need is to make sure you have enough pump, enough injectors, and fuel management.

Nobody has seen any other problems with fuel lines? For some reason I think I thought I heard about the rubber rotting away because the E85 isn't as lubricated or some shit? I am probably wrong though since I haven't researched E85 that much.

So totally stock lines are fine as long as they can handle enough volume for your power goals while maintaining a good tune?

So far so good. I wish I could find the link again, but there were some mustang folk who had been running it for a long time, and decided to disassemble everything to inspect for any abnormal wear. They found nothing. But if in 7 years I find that I need to replace my fuel rail due to e85, then so be it.

950's on a e316g / walbro 255 / dsmlink over kill?

I haven't found much on this setup, let alone a E316G. I was just wondering if I can support our great country in burning what they can provide.

No such thing as over kill, always better to be over prepared then underprepared, but you should also get a fuel pressure regulator

950's should be fine on that turbo. Just keep an eye on your IDC's while tuning. DSMlink will work dandy!

Yeah, forgot that. I'll be getting that, theres so much stuff I still need but I'm damn close to being able to put it all together. I'm still deciding on a Fuel Lab or Aero' unit.

Scheides, or anyone for that matter, what's a safe Duty Cycle for it? That's my last squid question. :P I'm aiming for way too much awhp on the evo 3 16g.

950's are a tad large.
We just got done doing 880's on a 1g with 2g mas, idc's were just fine for 300ishawhp on our rollers.

my setup is t3 AR .48, 880cc injectors, 255 walbro, and megan racing fuel pressure regulator, and apexi neo. would that work together with no problems?

A wideband o2 should also be on your list.

you'll need

30%-40% bigger fuel pump (255's have proven sufficent for up to a 50 trim)
30%-40% bigger injectors
some type of fuel controler (SAFC, DSMLINK, EMS, ect.)
wideband o2 sensor.

I'd just say if all the injectors are the same price, just get the largest ones that you can reasonably control with the tuning tools you have. But 880's should be plenty fine for a T3. As for the Neo, I have no experience with those. But if you have an EPROM, most shops here could burn you a new chip to get you close, and then fine tune it with whatever else you have.

If you have stock lines and a single fuel pump, then 880s are enough. The stock lines, a Walbro 255 and 880s will all max around the same HP. If the car makes some power, then you need a bigger fuel system to run E85. You can run 1000s though, it won't hurt anything, I have 4 customers with Evos running E85 and 1000cc injectors.
